[Worlding-with]

Transdisciplinary artist-curator/curator-artist, independent researcher attentive to “subtle displacements”, Maryse Morin develops a practice grounded in process‑based research and epistemic experimentation. Working from emergent points of contact between matter and text, she approaches curating as material knowledge production through situated inquiry and iterative reflection.

Since 2004, her laboratories have operated as situated research ecologies, where methods are co‑designed as processual and relational to site-specific material, environmental, and embodied conditions. Aligned with new materialist and practice‑based research paradigms, she engages with methodologies where “matter” is active, agential and produces a counter‑archive conceived as an assemblage.
